I was moving from out of state and he made sure he was on site for all inspections and tried to look at things from the buyer’s point of view (like things that could be a problem in the future). He was always in communication and handled all my last minute stresses when my payment method to close had problems! I would recommend again and again!

excellent attention to detail, really went out of his way to help navigate the process. also listens to your desires and sends relevant listings to look at. very experienced in real estate and made the buying process as pain free as it can be. no horror stories here, what a pleasure to work with. was able to help us get a home in the Portland area market without having any surprise overbidding, and even negotiated an air conditioner and some closing costs from the seller. any time we had questions, he was always available, in fact it was probably harder for him to contact me, availability and responsiveness were top notch.
